An approachable guided meditation style for all levels.
First and Third Tuesday of the Month at 7:30pm
For maximum comfort, bring a comfortable blanket or pillow for sitting and laying and your own water.
At Concentric, we believe that total health happens inside and out.
This simple sounds bath and guided meditation incorporates breath work and guided imagery to help you calm your mind, center yourself, and put down your to-do list...even if it's just for this 45 minute session.
