SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING RESERVATIONS
Training sessions are limited capacity and must be reserved via https://reserve.concentricfithealth.com/book. Sessions can be booked no more than 6 days in advance and will be unavailable on the calendar until then. The window to reserve your spot in a training session closes 1 hour prior to class start time. Session times will also disappear from the calendar once that time slot is full. Members receive text or email reminders for each reservation and one reminder text the day of. In your confirmation, links will be available to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
Members that arrive without a reservation may be asked to leave.
Unused weekly training sessions for Monday-Friday (3 times per week) must be used within the 4 week membership period. Training sessions do not roll over to the next month or 4 week membership period. For example, if the client travels and misses one weekday session in week 1, they can add that unused training day in week 2 or 3 but after week 4, that session is void and does not roll over to the next month. These "make-up" sessions are limited to additional 2 sessions each week within the allotted time frame.
LATE RESERVATION CANCELLATION
A late cancellation fee of $15 (cancelling your training session within 3 hours of the start time) will be charged to your card on file within 24 hours of your missed training session.
Concentric Fit and its owners, employees, and associates reserve the right to offer make up or additional training sessions in select circumstances at their sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
RESERVATION NO SHOW FEE
THERE IS A $15 FEE FOR NOT SHOWING UP TO YOUR RESERVED WORKOUT TIME.
The fee will be applied within 24 hours of your no-show training session to the card on file. Space is limited and this fee is to insure there is space for people that want to attend the workouts.
MEMBERSHIP AUTO-BILL, LATE FEE, CANCELLATION AND HOLDS
By signing up for a Concentric Fit Monthly Training Membership (such as Semi-Private Training or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), you are agreeing to monthly automatic payments and auto-renewals. Semi-Private Training memberships are auto-billed every 4 weeks. There is a late fee of $50 due in addition to the membership payment after 12pm on the 5th day of missed payment. You can cancel your Membership to Concentric Fit Group Training at any time. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Membership. If you cancel your Membership, it will be effective at the end of your last paid for month of membership. You may cancel at any time with a written note to email@example.com.
To put your membership on hold or "pause," send a written note to firstname.lastname@example.org with the start and end dates of your hold. Memberships will be held for a maximum of 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, there will be a $50 hold fee billed every 4 weeks until the membership is reinstated or cancelled.
By signing up for a Concentric Crew Online Training Program, you are agreeing to monthly automatic payments and auto-renewals. You can cancel your Membership to Concentric Fit at any time. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Membership Fee. If you cancel your Membership, it will be effective IMMEDIATELY.
“Personal Services” include but are not limited to Personal Training, Private Jiu Jitsu Instruction, Wellness Coaching, and Workshops.
If you choose to cancel your Personal Services within 24 hour of purchase, you will be given a full refund. If you choose to cancel your Personal Services mid-package or prior to redemption, your cancellation will be effective immediately and you are not guaranteed or obligated to a refund of any remaining unredeemed sessions.

AFTER 24 HOUR OF PURCHASE, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CONCENTRIC FIT PERSONAL SERVICES. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR PERSONAL SERVICES THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-PACKAGE OR PRIOR TO REDEMPTION.
Concentric Fit and its owners, employees, and associates reserves the right to offers refunds, discounts, or other consideration in select circumstances at their sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
PERSONAL SERVICES SCHEDULING
Personal Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time.
Personal Service Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a reschedule. Personal Service Sessions not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will not be eligible for a make up and will be deducted from the Personal Service Package total. If the client shows up late to a scheduled session, they are only guaranteed the remainder of their scheduled appointment time.
Each client is permitted one emergency session cancellation or no-show with no penalty. After this emergency cancellation or no-show is used, any scheduled sessions missed or no-showed, will be deducted from the Personal Services Package total.
PERSONAL SERVICES EXPIRATION
PURCHASED SINGLE SESSION PERSONAL SERVICES LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPIRE 45 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE IF NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE. PURCHASED PERSONAL SERVICE PACKAGES LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPIRE IN ENTIRETY 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE WHETHER PACKAGE HAS BEEN STARTED OR NOT. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY AND ALL UNREDEEMED EXPIRED PERSONAL SERVICES.
